With a maximum swing diameter over bed of 400mm, it is suitable for processing outer races of various specifications, including those with an inner bore diameter of 80-250mm and a depth of 180-480mm. It ensures the precision of deep bore machining through dual-support positioning and real-time coaxiality compensation, achieves a surface roughness of Ra3.2-Ra1.6 with a high-pressure chip removal system and special tools, and guarantees the efficiency and safety of mass production via an automatic loading and unloading system and an intelligent monitoring system. It is applicable to the needs of automotive, construction machinery and other fields.
